L’OCCITANE Awards UK Cleaning Contract

L’OCCITANE en Provence has selected Indepth Managed Services to deliver window cleaning services to 85 retail stores in the United Kingdom, and daily cleaning services at its UK head office in London and flagship Regent Street store.

L’OCCITANE en Provence, commonly known as L’OCCITANE, is a retailer of luxury body, face, fragrances and home products with  shops in over 90 countries.

Since the company opened its first UK boutique on London’s Regent Street in 1998, L’OCCITANE’s sales have gone from strength to strength, with the company additionally supporting and promoting causes and charitable organisations which connect with its brand and client base.

In September 2020, Indepth were invited to participate in their tender process. They were successful in their bid and shortlisted to present to the L’OCCITANE procurement and operations teams, they were subsequently awarded the contract.
The window cleaning element of the contract will be delivered by Indepth’s sister company, Incredible Window Cleaning. They will provide managed, streamlined and comprehensive services that include high and low-level window cleaning and additional ad hoc services, such as fogging and deep cleans.

Its policy of employing all Operatives on a contractual basis means it will self-deliver cleaning of L’OCCITANE’s Regent Street flagship store and London head office.

Director of Sales, Andy Smith, comments, “We are thrilled to be given the opportunity to work with L’OCCITANE and deliver different cleaning services throughout their UK operation.

“We want to ensure that through our bespoke communication system, that we operate in our UK Hub, and strong contract management, that they receive a streamlined, unified service, which is something that many companies are looking for today.

“We hope to build a longstanding relationship with the team at L’OCCITANE, assist them with other associated service requirements and be at their side as they continue to prosper.”

Purchasing Manager, Rachel Meckes, adds: “We were very impressed with Indepth’s tender submission and we are looking forward to building a partnership with them.”
