Grupo SUEZ Announces New FM Partner
Grupo SUEZ has selected Cloudfm’s European subsidiary to provide hard FM services at 900 sites in Spain under a multi-million Euro five-year contract.
The contract will involve deployment of the latest technology developed by Cloudfm OTS as SUEZ standardises its processes and controls spending.
The contract will cover offices and warehouses and see Cloudfm OTS which was established in 2018, deliver mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and fabric maintenance and related services.
SUEZ is a global leader in essential environmental services and serves over 64 million customers worldwide. It recently announced its solution for monitoring the SARS-CoV-2 virus in wastewater was chosen by the Ministry of Health as a digital platform to monitor the virus’s evolution in wastewater. The project’s objective is the microbiological surveillance in wastewater and bathing water as an epidemiological indicator of early warning before the spread of COVID-19. More than 30 urban wastewater treatment plants throughout Spain are currently monitored.
