Acquisition Strengthens STRABAG Hard FM Capabilities

STRABAG Property and Facility Services has acquired BAM Facility Services GmbH, a specialist provider of building engineering and maintenance services to the Munich Metropolitan Region

BAM FS, based in Hallbergmoos near Munich, was founded in 2007 and reported a turnover of around € 4 million in fiscal year 2020. The company’s services portfolio includes infrastructure services, and the commissioning, maintenance and repair of technical building systems and systems for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for commercial, utilities and residential properties. STRABAG PFS will take on all of its current employees.

Marion Henschel, STRABAG PFS Vice Chair, comments: “With the acquisition of BAM FS, we are further expanding our level vertical integration and our customer portfolio in Bavaria.

“The acquisition fits perfectly with our strategy of growing profitably and sustainably in our core markets.”
