Audi Renews Böllinger Höfe Hard FM Contract

Audi has reappointed STRABAG PFS as the hard services contractor for the Böllinger Höfe facility in Heilbronn which produces the all-electric Gran Turismo Audi e-tron GT and Audi R8.

Under the agreement STRABAG PFS, which was first awarded the contract in 2014, will continue to provide building fabric maintenance services at six buildings on the 23-hectare site near Audi’s plant in Neckarsulm. The location includes production halls, a logistics centre, office buildings, and a combined heat and power plant.

Self-delivered services currently include mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance, fault diagnostics and clearance, and the provision of a 24/7 on-call service.

Andrea Jager, STRABAG PFS managing director, comments: “We are very pleased about the renewed order as it is a vote of confidence in our capabilities.

“This contract demonstrates our high level of expertise in technical facility management and process orientation in the automotive market segment.”
