Renewal of Tower Place Contract

Incentive QAS have been re-awarded a cleaning and environmental services contract at Tower Place, the Sir Norman Foster designed mixed use facility featuring Europe’s largest public plaza.

The three-year extension builds on the company’s six-year record in delivering a range of services at the 354,000 square foot site located adjacent to the Tower of London.

Current services include cleaning of public realm areas, including nearby walkways and the plaza, provision of external window cleaning services, and pest control.

Zameer Muhammed, Tower Place general manager, comments:

“Incentive QAS have demonstrated that they had the level of expertise that we want and are able to deliver a first-class service for our premier property.”

Jamie Wright, Incentive QAS managing director, adds:

“This is a challenging contract due to the footfall the location attracts and the high profile of the buildings.

“Staff retention has been the key to the success on this contract and this extension is testament to them.”
