UK Employee Experience Awards 2021

Tailored guest services provider Portico has been selected for multiple UK Employee Experience Awards at an annual ceremony organised by UK EXA.

In addition to a gold award for its use of digital technologies to engage employees during the Covid-19 pandemic, Portico scooped silver in the “Best Company to Work For – Large Company” category, and bronze for “Employee Training and Development – Continuous Learning”.

This year was the company’s second appearance at the awards, after it was named the overall winner last year when it won a gold award for the most “Employee-Centric Company” and silver for “Delivering Customer Experience”.

The UK Employee Experience Awards recognise organisations, people, and initiatives that improve the world of work. The Awards programme is run by Awards International, holders of the Gold Standard Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council.

Amanda Baber, Portico business development director, comments: “We are beyond proud to have received three UK Employee Experience awards this year. Being awarded gold, silver and bronze in three different categories is testament to the exceptional level of talent and dedication among our Portico colleagues. We pride ourselves on nurturing a progressive culture for every single member of our team which in turn delivers our wonderful client experiences.

“Our people are our business.”
