Bali Airport Awards Food and Beverages Contract

Autogrill subsidiary HMSHost has been selected to operate food and beverages concessions at the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.

The contract, which was awarded followed a competitive tender, has an estimated value of 59 million euros over its 5-year duration, and will includes opening five new venues to enhance the airport’s food and beverages offering.

In addition to a stable of global and Indonesian food brands which caters for diverse visitors to the airport, HMSHost will introduce innovative menu choices under the “Espresso Bar” brand and Australian brunch-style food brand “FRESH” which is already in several airports in the Asia Pacific region.

Bali International Airport has been ranked Best Airport in Asia Pacific, Best Customer Service in Asia Pacific and Best Infrastructure and Facilitation in Asia Pacific in the International’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey conducted by non-profit trade organisation, Airport Council International (ACI) for airports which welcome between 15 and 25 million passengers annually.
