ISS Announces Key Manufacturing Segment Appointment

ISS has appointed Sebastian Volders as joint Global Head of Growth for the life sciences and manufacturing segment.

Volders, who will share the position with Nicole Ballard, joins ISS from CBRE where he was recently Managing Director and Host EMEA Lead for Global Sales and Client Solutions.

A facilities management veteran with over 20 years’ experience, Volders has held senior posts at Johnson Controls and  CBRE which he joined initially as an account manager responsible for key accounts including Merck Sharpe Dohme, Shell and Novartis.

A Belgian citizen with significant exposure of working overseas, Volders will work from ISS offices in Antwerp and London, with Nicole Ballard continuing to be based in the United States.

Announcing the appointment, Dan Ryan, Group Chief Commercial Officer, said: “In line with our OneISS strategy and the connected focus on segment-based, key account growth, we are excited to now have both Sebastian and Nicole at ISS.

“They will be strategic partners for ISS and our customers and will be crucial in driving segment expertise, particularly as we transform and grow our business within Life Sciences and Manufacturing.”
