Retail Veteran Joins Cushman & Wakefield Las Vegas Team

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Scot Marker, a retail specialist with over 25 years’ experience, as a Director of its office in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Marker has more than 25 years of experience as a retail broker and has successfully negotiated many transactions with national concepts as a tenant representative as well as representing a variety of major retail developments in the Greater Las Vegas Market. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1995 and has represented numerous popular national chain restaurants and high-profile retail brands, as well as significant properties owned and operated by many major entities. Marker joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International where he was a member of its Retail Division, and is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers

Announcing the appointment, Christina Roush, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Principal in Nevada, said: “Scot is one of the premier retail specialists in our market. Marker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
