Terminix has appointed Teresa Sebastian and Chris Terrill to its board of directors with immediate effect.
Ms. Sebastian. who joins the board’s compensation and nominating, and corporate governance committees, has served as president and CEO of real estate venture capital enterprise, The Dominion Asset Group since 2015 and previously held leadership positions at Darden Restaurants, Veyance Technologies and Information Resources, Inc. She has also sat on the board of Kaiser Aluminum Corp., which specializes in the production of semi-fabricated specialty aluminum mill products for aerospace and high strength automotive, general engineering, and industrial applications since 2019, and is also a director of several companies, including publicly traded, global energy company, and the privately owned AES Scorporation and Juul Labs, which specialises in electronic vapor products.
Board appointee Terrill will become a member of Terminx’s audit and environmental, health and safety committees. Hew as formerly the CEO of ANGI Homeservices, an international digital marketplace for home services between September 2017 and November 2018, and CEO of HomeAdvisor.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of IAC from May 2011 – and has held senior leadership positions at Nutrisystem.com, Blockbuster.com and Match.com. Terrill has also been a board member of Realogy Holdings Corp., a global leader in residential real estate franchising and brokerage with many of the best-known industry brands including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, CENTURY 21 and Coldwell Banker (since 2016), and is also currently serves as a director for Vacasa – a privately held international vacation rental management company; as well as Porch which connects moving companies, home inspectors, utility companies, realtors and other professionals to consumers, and Data Axle which provides data and data-driven marketing solutions for salespeople, marketers and professionals.
