Lord’s Contract Award

The Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has selected Artic Building Services to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services at the 200-year-old ‘Lord’s’ ground following a competitive tender process.

A team of residential engineers will be installed at the site in St John’s Wood, London which the MCC has occupied since 1814 to deliver all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, and ensure a safe and compliant environment for members, players, officials and the public.

Under the contract, Artic will also provide ‘match day’ coverage to ensure fault-free operation of all building services within the ground’s Grade II listed Pavilion,  Compton and Edrich spectator stands.
