Global Publisher Awards Hard Services Contract

Penguin Random House has awarded a contract to Artic Building Services to deliver electromechanical services and HVAC maintenance across its portfolio of properties in the United Kingdom.

The publisher operates a network of offices across the country that includes two locations in Central London.

Penguin Random House’s UK portfolio additionally includes archives and libraries, and logistics and book distribution centres.

Key services to be provided under the contract include planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, with Artic commissioned additionally to improve the working environment and building performance.
