Das Auge Contract
STRABAG PFS has taken over delivery of integrated facilities management services at the Das Auge commercial building development in Darmstadt following the award of a contract by Deutsche Fonds Holding GmbH.
Completed in 2018, the development features 16,000 SM of office space arranged around on seven-storeys around a central atrium (which gives rise to the name of the development – “the eye”), with a 19,200 SM multi-storey TZ car park for 1,024 cars also built at the site.
Under the terms of the contract, STRABAG PFS is responsible for maintaining the fabric of both buildings and providing multi-technical maintenance, remediation and support services for building systems.
The contract also makes provision for a range of soft services, including cleaning, grounds services and winter maintenance.
