Sodexo Recognised for LGBTIQ+ Workplace Inclusion

For a second consecutive year Sodexo has achieved Advocate status in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark which measures LGBTIQ+ inclusivity among top employers.

The benchmark consists of a detailed review and analysis of eight categories that show progress on LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the workplace: Policy & Communication, Employee Networks, Workplace Awareness, Support & Benefits, Inclusion & Engagement, Expertise & Monitoring, Business & Supplier Engagement, Impact on Society.

Advocate status is awarded to organisations that achieve top rankings in the assessment survey, for which Sodexo was scored at over 90 per cent across all eight categories.

Companies achieving the status are widely accepted as paving the way for LGBTIQ+ inclusion and improving conditions in the workplace.
