MItie has been recognised by the Top Employers Institute for a fourth consecutive year.Organisations from more than 100 countries take part in the institute’s annual HR Best Practices Survey, which assesses key areas including people strategy, the work environment, talent acquisition, learning, staff wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.

A highlight of Mitie’s entry was the facility services provider’s ‘Count Me In’ learning programme aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, which was selected by the institute for use in its Best Practice Report 2022. The report showcases exemplary diversity and inclusion practises.
