CrossCountry Trains Awards Hard Services Contract

UK long-distance train operator, CrossCountry, has appointed Pareto FM to provide hard services to its portfolio of 27 properties.

The contract will see Pareto FM deliver all associated hard services including water, fire, air-conditioning and general H&S planned maintenance. The contract runs across the rail network from Bournemouth to Birmingham to Edinburgh and locations in between.

Paul Crowley MCIPS, Crosscountry’s senior procurement manager, comments: “To form a partnership with Pareto FM will provide numerous benefits, it will ensure that CrossCountry sites are fully compliant with all current regulations and provide a more consistent standard to our colleagues who work at locations across the country. This will also provide senior management within CrossCountry complete visibility of costs within this area of spend.Pareto FM will provide innovation, which in turn will deliver cost controls.”
