British Land Re-awards Paddington Central Hard Services Contract

British Land has re-awarded the five-year mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance contract for its portfolio of properties at Paddington Central in London to Jaguar Building Services following a competitive re-tender.

The new contract relates to the provision of services at 3 Sheldon Square, 2 Kingdom Street, 4 Kingdom Street and surrounding areas of the estate.

Account manager, Danny Howell, says: “We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with British Land at Paddington Central. Our site team have worked tremendously hard over the length of the last contract term, enabling Jaguar to showcase our expertise in engineering and technical experience.

“A special thank you goes to our Site Supervisor, Norbert and Contract Manager, Vernon, who have both dedicated their time to ensure we continue working to exceptional standards.”
