ACF Selected for Inaugural Customer Centricity Award

ARCET Global has recognised ACF with an inaugural Customer Centricity award at its Customer Centricity World Series virtual event.

The awards programme attracted over 300 entries from 122 companies in 34 countries, with 149 entrants shortlisted for evaluation by a panel of independent judges.

ACF’s role in building and successfully rolling out of the appointment scheduling systems for the UK’s national COVID-19 Testing and Vaccine programmes was acknowledged within the “Best User Experience” category.

Mark Hamill, ARCET Global CEO, comments: “The number of entries from all around the world this year was much greater than any competition we have run so far. It was extremely challenging to shortlist each of the categories, with so many stellar stories to choose from. Every Finalist should be immensely proud of what they have achieved and a huge congratulations to all the Highly Commended and Winning Companies.”
