Pareto Awarded Place on CCS FM Framework

Pareto Facilities Management has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service Facilities Management & Workplace Services framework (RM6232).

The company applied successfully to be prequalified as a service vendor under 1(a), 1(b), 3(a) and 3(b) of the framework, entitling it to tender on individual contracts worth up to a value of £10m annually.

It is estimated hundreds of service providers bid to gain access to the framework, with only between 15 and 25 being accepted for each Lot. The achievement of being awarded a place on this framework puts Pareto amongst the leading providers within the facilities sector.

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM managing director, comments: “This was one of the most detailed, professional and challenging tender processes the business has been through in its lifetime.

“The level of depth, rigor and robustness in the process ensures that only the top few percent of the sector can gain access to this framework.

“We are absolutely thrilled with this result and once again are delighted to lead the way for SME’s within the facilities sector, showing the art of the possible. I’m incredibly grateful to my team that made this possible”.
