Linde GmbH has appointed STRABAG PFS subsidiary, STRABAG Building and Industrial Services GmbH, to deliver a range of integrated hard and soft FM services at three production sites in Bavaria, following a competitive tender process.

A M&E contract was signed on 1 June, with a second contract governing building fabric and infrastructure agreed on 1 July. Both contracts have an initial period of three years and include options to extend.

Linde’s Unterschleissheim, Nuremberg and Röthenbach locations are used primarily as production sites with air separation plants and filling facilities, and cover a floor area of around 28,000 m².

Services to be provided under the contracts include the maintenance and repair of all technical facilities in Unterschleißheim and Nuremberg, with maintenance cleaning and window cleaning services to be provided additionally at the Röthenbach site.

STRABAG PFS will be installing service deliver teams from its branch office in South-East Germany.
