Listen to this article

EMCOR UK has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Facilities Management and Workplace Services (RM6232) framework.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Through this framework, public sector customers will be able to utilise EMCOR UK for a range of services, including mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance, building management system (BMS) maintenance, CAFM and helpdesk, cleaning, security and workplace FM services.

Keith Chanter, CEO at EMCOR UK, says: “We have a proud history of support for public sector bodies and EMCOR UK’s addition to this framework will help us to continue this in the years ahead. We fully understand the drive towards achieving maximum commercial value and are confident that we’ll be able to help numerous customers do exactly that.”
