Following a recent retender process for CBRE on behalf of Deka Properties, Jaguar Building Services have retained the M&E contract at the St Botolph Building in the City of London for a further 3-year period.

The building is located in the prestigious EC3 insurance district and provides over 500,000 sq ft of office space for City occupiers.

Danny McGarvey is the nominated Account Manager for the contract and will be a fantastic leader for the team as he was previously Site Manager for the building from 2018-2020.

He says: “Both CBRE and Deka share Jaguar’s values on sustainability. Together, we will be implementing strategies to reduce our impact on the environment. Jaguar is driving forward with energy management, innovation, and sustainable projects. We are all moving in the same direction to reduce energy consumption in an environment where a lot of energy is lost through inefficiency and lack of awareness.

We are delighted to be working with CBRE and Deka and look forward to collaborating and finding ways to reduce our energy consumption.”
