Atalian Servest has made two senior appointments to its team in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Laura Phillips will take a lead role in driving the facility services provider’s sustainability and social value strategy as Head of Sustainability & Social Value. Previously with Incentive Group which was recently acquired by Atalian Servest for over 15 years, she brings extensive experience of people management and overseeing health and safety, compliance and environmental strategy to her new role.
Phillips comments: “ESG is part of every board room agenda. For Atalian Servest it doesn’t just stop there though. The business is agile and is able to implement new initiatives and adapt quickly. We will continue to push boundaries to build better and deliver better for communities, colleagues, and our planet. I’m proud to be joining such a forward-looking company with a commitment to doing the right thing today and tomorrow, with the resources to realise these ambitions.”
Liz Kelly, who served most recently as the company’s Senior Human Resources Advisor has been promoted to the new position of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Wellbeing Manager, and will work across the group to drive engagement, develop new initiatives and key messaging across all areas of the business – including leading Atalian Servest’s D&I platform, CHROMA.
She says: “I am fully committed to enhancing Atalian Servest’s D&I and wellbeing initiatives so it becomes woven into the fabric of everything we do. Each and every colleague should feel valued, respected and supported. So much good work has been achieved to date with our award winning D&I platform CHROMA and our ‘Get Atalian Servest Talking’ wellbeing and mental health initiatives. I’m so pleased have been appointed to this position to be able to take this forward to the next level.”
