London’s largest annual sport and physical activity conference will return on 21 September with a focus on places and spaces.

When: Wednesday 21 September 2022, National Fitness Day

Timings: Conference from 09:00-16:45 | Networking after event from 17:00-19:00

Active London is the largest annual conference dedicated wholly to the future of physical activity and sport in the nation’s capital.

The Active London conference returns on 21 September, on National Fitness Day, and will see a stellar line-up of inspirational speakers, panel discussions, and interactive workshops.

Hosted by London Sport, the theme for the first in-person conference since 2019 will put Places and Spaces under the microscope by looking at health inequalities, active environments and design, and children and young people. 

Thought leaders, decision-makers, policymakers, and professional and community organisations from across the sector will come together to be part of the conversation to shape the future of sport and physical activity in London.
