Vodafone Germany Expands STRABAG PFS Partnership

Vodafone Germany has retained STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) as the sole provider of integrated facilities management (IFM) services for its managed real estate portfolio of around 400 properties totalling some 400,000 square metres under a new two-year contract with an extended remit.

The portfolio include Vodafone retail outlets, technical buildings, call centres, various office locations – including the 18- storey Vodafone Campus at Ferdinand- Braun- Platz 1 in Düsseldorf – as well as seven large data centres.

A range of integrated offerings will be provided under the agreement, including hard FM services and  special trades.

STRABAG PFS has already been working for Vodafone Germany for seven years and its managing director, Dirk Brandt, says: “In addition to our high-quality standards and our technical know-how, current requirements such as energy optimization, all aspects of sustainable building operation are included in the commissioning.”
