Farnek Awarded US $13.6 Million of Contracts in Abu Dhabi

UAE FM services provider Farnek Services LLC has been awarded several new countracts in Abu Dhabi with a value of AED 50 million (USD 13.6 Million) in 2022.

The scope of work across the new contracts portfolio includes cleaning, maintenance, security, hospitality and Total Facilities Management, covering a variety of vertical sectors such as education, prestige properties, food processing, residential towers and a sports complex.

Derek Ford, Senior Director for Business Development & Key Accounts, says: “These latest contract wins are a testimony to our extensive service offering, comprehensive understanding of market demand across various sectors in Abu Dhabi and our market-leading position in terms of technical ability and sustainability.”

Farnek has been making inroads by adopting new technologies, and particularly the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, machine learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

New security contracts worth some AED 10 million (USD 2.7 million) have also resulted in the deployment of around 200 security guards within Abu Dhabi’s oil & gas, real estate, tourism and hospitality, construction, and education sectors.
