CBRE Awards M&E Contract for The Bureau Building

CBRE has selected Jaguar Building Services for a three-year mechanical and electrical contract at 90 Fetter Lane in the City of London, which is also known as The Bureau Building.

The 1980s the office building has recently been extensively redeveloped to provide 74,000 sq. ft of lettable space, with a stylish modern reception, five-star office floors and three terraces.

James Chapple, Building Manager, comments: “Jaguar have now completed a comprehensive mobilisation on-site. Russell Hales, our assigned Mobilisation Manager was thorough, engaging, and helpful. The initial site set-up has been excellent, and we look forward to continuing to work with Jaguar over the next three-year period.”

Danny McGarvey, Account Manager, adds: “We are delighted to have been appointed by CBRE to deliver M&E services at this prestigious site. Jaguar have an extensive track record of delivering high quality maintenance services and providing innovative solutions within the engineering sector.
