Allegion brand Briton will is co-sponsoring this year’s Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) Education Awards at iconic London sporting venue The Oval on Thursday 17th November 2022.

The 42nd GAI Education Awards will celebrate the outstanding educational achievements of architectural ironmongery professionals and will award a new class of GAI Diploma holders before showcasing the industry’s rising talents and top performers in the Certificate in Architectural Hardware and the GAI Diploma.

This year’s event also marks the first ever GAI Community Awards presentation, commending the exceptional commitment, innovation, customer focus, leadership and achievement displayed throughout the architectural ironmongery industry.

Briton is co-sponsoring this landmark event alongside George Boyd – the UK’s specialist distributor of architectural ironmongery and commercial doorsets.

The GAI is recognised as the UK’s only trade body solely dedicated to the interests of the entire architectural ironmongery industry; and its education programme the only one in the UK that enables students to qualify in ironmongery specification to British and European standards.
