Jaguar Building Services Jaguar Building Services has been selected to provide mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance services at 8 St James’s Square in the West End of London under a 3-year contract from CBRE.
Under the terms of the agreement, the hard services contractor will deliver engineering requirements at the stunning 65,500 ft² building which provides occupiers with high quality office space, two terraces and exceptional views of the city.
St. James’s is widely recognised as the most prestigious office community in the West End. The location is internationally renowned for its five-star hotels, restaurants, art galleries and member’s clubs.
