Incentive FM Recognised for Contribution to Retail Shopping Centre Sector

Atalian Servest brand Incentive FM has been recognised with SCEPTRE Awards for implementing best practices in security and customer service at shopping centres it manages in the UK.

A ‘Security Team of the Year Award’ ackowledged initiatives introduced by the facility services provider at Beaumont Shopping Centre which have been credited with reducing anti-social behaviour by 90 per cent, a 75 per cent improvement in preventing loss of goods from retail outlets, and a 97 per cent staff retention rate throughout 2021/22. 

Incentive FM was also selected for a’Customer Services Team of the Year Award’ following efforts by its team at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway to improve customer service initiatives within the centre by helping customers survive the UK’s cost-of-living crisis with donations of free sanitary or baby care products, undertaking CSR events to donate to local charitable causes, and integrating Customer Engagement Hosts to build closer relationships with visitors. 

In addition to the two wins, Incentive FM was ‘Highly Commended’ by the judges of the Customer Services Team of the Year category for its activities at Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre in Sheffield, and the judges for the Security Team of the Year for its work at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.

The SCEPTRE Awards, held at The Hilton London Bankside, crowned winners across 19 categories.
