Anabas Appoints Employee Experience Manager

UK facility services provider Anabas has announced Owen Gooding as its new Employee Experience Manager.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gooding will support the provider of facility services to the corporate office space with service delivery across its many sites by leveraging a wealth of  customer service experience gained predominantly within the hospitality (hotels and fine dining) sector.
His new role will also see Gooding supporting Anabas’s HR Team and the wider business in creating a healthy, engaging working environment for more than 600 employees.As Employee Experience Manager, Gooding will lead engagement initiatives, internal communications and oversee new hires, onboarding under the United Kingdom’s Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 or “TUPE” and induction processes. He will also champion Anabas’s D&I forum and work with a broad range of stakeholders and relevant partners to create first-class employee and visitor experiences across every Anabas site.
