Global Healthcare Company Expands FM Partnership with ISS

A leading global healthcare provider has expanded its long-standing facilities management partnership with ISS to include the delivery of a full range of Integrated Facility Services (IFS).

The new partnership agreement which came into effect on 1 January will end in 2027, and includes provision for self-delivery of curated workplace experiences including cleaning, food, office and technical services in multiple countries by more than 600 ISS placemakers.

Sam Hockman, CEO of Global Key Accounts at ISS, comments: “We look forward to further developing this great multi-year partnership. At ISS, it is all about service experience and the value our employees bring to the places we serve.

“Our self-delivery model ensures we work in a collaborative way integrating services and deploying technology where it makes sense. This is what creates real value for our customers and will benefit this new partnership.”

The partnership is expected to represent just below 0.5 per cent of ISS Group’s annual revenue when it is fully implemented.
