MAPP has selected Jaguar Building Services to deliver mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance services at 11 Westferry Circus on the upper level of Westferry Circus in London’s Canary Wharf development for a fixed 3-year term following a competitive tender process.
The 140,000 sq. ft building is occupied by the Deutsche Börse Group and benefits from a world class retail offering of over 300 shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.
Account Manager, Danny Noakes, says: “We are thrilled to be expanding Jaguar’s portfolio with leading commercial property managers, MAPP.
“We are in the process of implementing a full site team ahead of the contract commencement date, and we are currently holding weekly mobilisation meetings to ensure we deliver a quality mobilisation programme that is going to set us in good stead for the contract period.”
