Cloudfm is accelerating its ESG plans with the promotion of health and safety manager Carly Hall to the new role of sustainability lead.
Carly will retain responsibility for ensuring the wellbeing of company employees but will also be responsible for working with clients to establish their ESG goals, develop a strategy and support a focus on the area. She previously held roles safety roles at Linklaters and Burberry.
Katrina Christopoulos, head of ESG at Cloudfm, says: “Carly brings a wealth of experience to this new role, where she will support Cloudfm in our goal to decarbonise the business and improve externally verified ESG scores. The role will also encompass helping clients and suppliers achieve their own ESG goals.”
Cloudfm aims to lead the facilities management industry with a full-scope net zero emissions target for 2035. The company has already met its scope 1 and 2 science-based emissions targets and is now setting its sights on scope 3.
The company is also engaging its supply chain with a new programme to help them manage the transition to net zero.

To support carbon reduction at the building level Cloudfm has developed patent-pending technology which uses IoT, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to monitor buildings and mechanical assets. The Mindsett PRISM smart box takes energy monitoring and insight to a new level, including multi-dimensional harmonics to report energy consumption and predict failure long before it happens.
