Andron has secured a three-year cleaning contract at Birchwood Park, the largest out-of-town business community in North West of England.

Located at Warrington, Cheshire, Birchwood Park is home to multiple companies operating in the nuclear industry including Jacobs and Rolls-Royce. With high-quality, flexible office space, co-working spaces, industrial units, meeting and events facilities, green spaces, and state-of-the-art occupier amenities, the development offers a pioneering community-led environment which goes the extra mile to nurture “much more than just a workspace”.

Situated only 1.8 miles from Andron’s local office in Warrington, the Park’s managing agent awarded the cleaning, hygiene and window cleaning contract following a competitive tender process.

The soft facility service’s innovative operational approach leverages a best-practice model it says will deliver efficiency, value for money and customer-focused services. With an emphasis on fresh ideas; installing a proactive and reactive cleaning service to support the development’s needs. All services will be delivered in line with Birchwood Park’s “Expect More” ethos.

To support Birchwood Park’s target date of 2030 for net zero carbon emissions Andron will utilise sustainable cleaning solutions that reduce indirect carbon emissions, including chemical-free cleaning products and energy-efficient equipment. Andron’s on-site window cleaning team will additionally drive fully electric vehicles.

As we are dedicated to consistently providing a positive and inclusive experience for all occupiers without compromising our sustainability goals, having Andron come onboard is a huge boost.

Martin O’Rourke, Commercial Director, Birchwood Park, adds: “The success of preserving the Park’s unique culture and community-led environment, where employees are empowered to reach both their personal and professional potential, largely depends on the upkeep and maintenance of the space our occupiers use throughout the working week.
