Following a pandemic-induced hiatus, Seeley International distributors and partners from across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa gathered in in Bologna, Italy on 22nd and 23rd March for the company’s 7th annual International Conference.
The event provides networking opportunities and serves as a platform for sharing experiences, visions and strategies.
In 2021, Seeley was only able to hold the conference online. However, this year, two conferences were organised to ensure partners everywhere could participate in its 50th anniversary celebrations, with the first event held in Dubai from 13-15th March focusing on the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
This year’s conferences were particularly special as Seeley Founder and Executive Chairman, Frank Seeley, Group Managing Director Jon Seeley, and Director Kathy Seeley traveled from Australia to meet customers.

Addressing the gathering, Frank Seeley, said: “By definition all of our distributors gathered at this event are the ‘cream of the cream’ since you have actively chosen to opt for quality products that are effective and will help us lead the way together.”
Jon Seeley emphasised the importance of sharing successes and challenges during one of his speeches, saying “We believe that together, by sharing some of these stories, we will have the opportunity to increase our effectiveness and our vision.”
He also said partnerships are an important part of the HVAC manufacturer’s ‘synergistic’ approach to supporting its global network of distributors, partners, dealers, and installers.
The company also prides itself on its commitment to valuing people and recognising that their contribution is key to realising its vision “To lead the world in creating climate control solutions that are highly innovative, of premium quality, and inspirational in their delivery of energy-efficiency.”
Seeley International is Australia’s largest air conditioning and ducted gas heating manufacturer, and a recognised global leader in developing energy-efficient cooling and heating products. The company was founded by Frank Seeley, AM, FAICD, who remains Chairman, and has been manufacturing air conditioners since 1972. It is also one of few remaining manufactures in the sector to produce most of the components for its products within Australia.
