Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association Contract

Hard FM services contractor DMA Group has regained a multi-year mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance contract with Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association.

Under the terms of the agreement, the contractor will carry out 24/7 planned and reactive maintenance, small works, and projects at the association’s offices portfolio, as well as providing energy services advice to support its sustainability targets.

Works cover the housing association’s London headquarters at Bruce Kenrick House, its London-based offices at Sussex Place, Oak Square, and Bolney Street, the Frederick Chancellor building in Chelmsford, and the Bushey Office and Community Centre in Watford.

Formed in 2018 by the merger of two social housing bodies, Notting Hill Genesis is one of the South East’s largest housing associations, owning and managing more than 66,000 homes and has around 2,000 employees.

DMA is also supporting Notting Hill Genesis’s community connections by offering commitments to education, apprenticeships, and sponsorships. The company has itself already launched an apprenticeship scheme designed to help plug the current skills gap and to help upskill its workforce.
