Ecolab Acquires Brand Analytics Consultancy from Deloitte

Ecolab has acquired Deloitte’s Brand Operations Services business as part of a strategy to expand its EcoSure division to offer end-to-end brand analysis and protection strategies for hospitality, restaurant and retail operators in more than 110 countries.

The acquisition will leverage the TrueView analytics platform developed by Deloitte to better deliver onsite inspections and data-driven analytics – services the company considers essential for improving and standardizing the customer brand experience.

We welcome our newest EcoSure associates as we continue innovating our end-to-end brand protection solutions

“Ecolab has deep relationships with the world’s most recognized lodging, foodservice, food retail, and convenience store brands,” says Lynne Monticello, Vice President and General Manager of global EcoSure. “We welcome our newest EcoSure associates as we continue innovating our end-to-end brand protection solutions to help our clients safeguard and grow their businesses.”

The acquisition follows Ecolab’s recent purchase of Hazel Analytics, a technology-driven public health company. Within its EcoSure division, the Hazel Analytics team continues to provide the Health Department Intelligence platform, focused on food safety and regulatory compliance. The platform is widely utilized by major food service and retail brands across the country.
