The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) has selected Churchill Services to deliver a cleaning contract across a portfolio of 351 buildings spanning all 32 London boroughs.

The partnership signifies a significant milestone for Churchill as it further solidifies its position as a prominent provider of soft FM services.

Drawing on its extensive experience in the blue light sector, Churchill demonstrated its capability in handling the security sensitivities and operational complexities associated with engaging with people in a policing environment. The MPS sought a change in its cleaning approach, and the soft-services contractor emerged as the preferred choice during the tender process.

Over the course of the three-year agreement which includes potential for a 2+ year extension, Churchill will deploy its cleaning operatives and leverage technology platforms to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the MPS’s diverse portfolio which encompasses headquarters and office buildings, custody suites, kennels, stables, and other facilities.

An advanced technology platforms which forms an integral part of Churchill’s ‘PRISM’ workplace hygiene programme played a role in securing the contract.
