Covent Garden M&E Contract

Listen to this article

Jaguar Building Services has been awarded the mechanical and electrical contract for Grainhouse, a major redevelopment by Hines in the heart of London’s Covent Garden.

The 90,000 sq. ft mixed-used development was designed by Barr Gazetas to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’, WELL Building’ accreditation as well as enhanced digital connectivity standards with ‘WiredScore’, and is being marketed as a “revolutionary concept in sustainability and urban design”.

It incorporates many of the site’s original features and unifies five historic buildings into one.

Rob Clark, account manager, says:

“This is a very exciting addition to Jaguar’s portfolio. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of everyone involved in securing this remarkable building.”
