HITEK, the digital solutions business of UAE facility services provider Farnek, has entered into an agreement with the five-star luxury 7132 Hotel in Vals, Switzerland to implement a cutting-edge hospitality solution.
The FLEXIGUEST Property Management System (PMS) features a mobility app and offers a digitalised guest journey from reservation to check-out, seamlessly integrating with the hotel’s existing property management system. This allows guests to access a range of services, including travel document uploads, limousine bookings, housekeeping requests, and concierge services.
Furthermore, the platform facilitates automated electronic updates, e-registration documents, and e-invoices, all conveniently accessible in one space.
As a luxury Swiss hotel, our focus is not only on delivering an outstanding guest experience but also on sustainability.
Remo Stoffel, owner of the 7132 Hotel, says, “As a luxury Swiss hotel, our focus is not only on delivering an outstanding guest experience but also on sustainability. FLEXIGUEST’s unique feature estimates the carbon emissions generated by each guest during their stay, providing them with a cost to offset their carbon footprint if desired.”

Amenities include spa suites, with the accommodation extending to deluxe rooms and penthouse suites designed by the celebrated architect, Kengo Kuma.
Guest are exposed to stunning views of the Swiss Alps.
Javeria Aijaz, HITEK managing director, says, “FLEXIGUEST will significantly enhance guest satisfaction by streamlining pre-arrival and check-in processes, appealing to high-profile guests.
