Travellers passing through Syracuse Hancock International Airport can now enjoy fresh, locally sourced cuisine thanks to a new concept launched by foodservice partner Delaware North featuring Palladino Farms from Pompey, N.Y.
The concept, which celebrated its grand opening on 13th June, replaces Middle Ages Brewing and features a menu that celebrates the flavors of Central New York.
“We are proud to collaborate with Delaware North on this exciting new venture,” says Dan Palladino, a third-generation owner of Palladino Farms. “Our commitment to sustainable farming practices aligns with Delaware North’s dedication to environmental stewardship, and we are excited to contribute to a dining experience that reflects the rich heritage of our region. We can’t wait for travellers to try our fresh and delicious dishes,” Palladino continued.
Menu highlights include Pompey Poutine, Smokehouse Wings, Farmhouse Salad, Mac and Cheese, Signature Dill Pickle Fries, All-American Smash Burger, Highest Point Pulled Pork, a New York Pastrami Reuben, Smoked Turkey BLT and Crispy Fries. For breakfast, diners can enjoy Chicken and Waffles, Fresh Berries and Waffles, Scrambled Eggs with Toast, and the Basilio Sausage and Egg Sandwich. And for children, “The Little Farmers” meal features Mac and Cheese, Rooster Fingers and a packet of crisps or fries.
