CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business has now deployed AI-powered smart facilities management solutions at more than 20,000 client sites representing a billion square feet.

The company’s offering leveraging its AI-based Nexus platform and a rich trove of building operations and utilisation data which CBRE claims as the largest in the global property industry to deliver insights for optimising FM workflows and outcomes.

With high-quality data integrated into a single ecosystem, our clients benefit from operational and energy efficiencies while improving uptime and increasing reliability across their asset portfolios.

Features of the Smart FM platform include what CBRE refers to as ‘Virtual Maintenance’ for remote building monitoring and diagnostics, alarm triage and advanced analytics to drive ‘next best’ actions; and automated maintenance which delivers real-time asset performance information and automates compliance reporting and asset inspections.
