Elior UK has appointed Lexington Catering managing director Matt Wood to its leadership team.
Lexington Catering operates restaurants, cafés and delis in London and the South East of England. Its contract catering division specialises in the independent schools and services sector, with clients including creative agencies, financial services firms, leading law firms, business schools, regulatory bodies and property management businesses.
Wood says: “It is a privilege to be appointed to the leadership team, and I look forward to sharing my experience and the successes of Lexington with my fellow directors. I hope to inspire new ideas for the company. Lexington will remain my priority area of focus, and I hope to continue to grow the business with the support of my excellent team.”
