Atlas GroupFacility services provider Atlas Group has acquired Ayrshire-based Confida FM and Two Counties, a specialist supplier of cleaning services in Southern England.
The acquisitions adds 700 employees in Scotland and around 1,000 in England, expanding the group to over 11,000 people.
Confida holds contracts with Merck and Thermo Fisher, as well as public sector bodies including East Ayrshire Council – with its merger with Atlas providing further potential to target opportunities UK-wide.

Two Counties works with many schools, medical centres, holiday parks, leisure facilities and industrial sites throughout Hampshire and Dorset. The company also has long-standing contracts with local authorities and NHS properties.
