Bold & Reeves Awards London Residential M&E Contract

Super-prime London residential property manager Bold & Reeves has selected DMA Group to deliver M&E and other maintenance-related services at Knights House, a development of three luxury apartments in Chelsea.

DMA has previously supported refurbishment projects for the company in Grosvenor Square.  

DMA’s (Building Information Online) BiO® service management platform enables live data and performance reporting to complement Bold & Reeves’ own system. The platform allows customers to book routine maintenance jobs 24/7 from any handheld device or computer. It provides real-time visibility and reporting across its facilities and maintenance services, giving owners complete transparency while ensuring statutory compliance.  This saves building owners, occupiers and managers time and money whilst providing the same real-time transparency that ensures one version of the truth.

Mobilising the entire mechanical and engineering (M&E) supply chain, this disruptive cloud technology is ‘uberising’ delivery of property services across the UK.

Bold & Reeves has almost 1million sq ft of London’s most luxury properties under its management. Dealing with the unique clientele of ultra-high net worth people, Bold & Reeves recognises the time-poor and cost-conscious decisions, open to exploitation from supplier networks. The aim is to is to use their network of experienced property managers to helps to mitigate risks, by working with a curated partner network.
