DEBRA UK, a national charity and patient support organisation for people with debilitating skin condition Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), has awarded DMA Group a contract to implement cloud-based FM and supply chain mangement across its portfolio of 90 shops.
DMA’s Managed Services team operates the BiO platform using live, end-to-end performance management data to plan, coordinate and report all maintenance and property service tasks executed by DEBRA-nominated service partners.
The platform will allow the charity to monitor the consolidated performance of its entire supply chain, further supported by automated ‘status’ dashboards and calls-to-action with simplified reporting of all statutory compliance,
Revenue generated from DEBRA’s 90+ stores provides vital community support services for families and individuals with EB, funding potentially life-changing research.
