Cloudfm will address an international audience of business leaders at the Vistage EMEA summit on 23rd November in Lisbon, Portugal when it launches patented IoT building asset monitoring solution, Mindsett PRISM.

According to the company’s data, users achieve 23 per cent energy savings on average in large multi-site operations.
The platform can be integrated with existing systems and workflows, making it easy for organisations to adopt without disrupting their operations. The system is designed to be user-friendly, with intuitive dashboards and apps and interactive reports that provide actionable intelligence.
Cloud has received international recognition for its innovative thinking and applications, with the research that informed the development of Mindsett recently recognised by The University of Essex in its ‘Celebrating Excellence in Research and Impact Awards 2023’. Cloudfm was awarded ‘Best Research Impact in Enterprise and Innovation’ for its work in predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and improve FM analysis and asset monitoring.
