Polyteck GroupPolyteck Group has won a three-year contract to deliver mechanical and engineering (M&E) and associated services at the One Berkeley Street hotel redevelopment in London.
The eight-storey, 1970s building has been developed by Crosstree Real Estate Partners, with architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and hotel architect Dexter Moren Associates overseeing its refurbishment. In addition to 181 guest rooms, the site offers 60,000 square feet of prime offices and 20,000 sqf of premium retail space.
Under the agreement, Polyteck will provide mechanical and electrical (M&E), water treatment and fire services maintenance services for all common plant and systems at the property.
