Danhouse Security has inaugurated its cloud-based information management platform, Danhouse iHub, which supports key functions within risk and security programmes.
Developed in partnership with a specialist consultancy, the platform provides a front-end user interface for rapid and efficient collection, storage, retrieval, analysis and sharing of a wide variety of essential data.
Functionalities include incident, crisis and business continuity management, alert messaging, patrol management, key and asset management, and automated monthly reporting.
The platform is being offered to Danhouse clients with integrated mobile app CV HALO which records patrolling activity and facilitates sending alerts. The app also supports incident reporting by frontline security operatives in real-time, capturing images and geolocation data which is uploaded automatically to iHub.
John Fitzpatrick, Danhouse Security CEO, says: “In the age of big data and environmental sustainability Danhouse iHub makes perfect sense to our overall business strategy – for our clients and our teams.
“The digital platform will help us to optimise efficiency in service delivery, and to reduce risk in all areas of our operations.
“Danhouse iHub will be rolled out as a standard service feature for all of our clients. It provides complete oversight and management of essential security information and real-time data from one platform.”
The digital platform will help us to optimise efficiency in service delivery, and to reduce risk in all areas of our operations.
